Aircraft Registration

Upon registration of your aircraft, any flyover you accomplish in support of the VAC will be recognized as a "mission flown" on our Pilot Recognition page.

Mission flown will be on a volunteer basis, contributing your aircraft, time and costs thereof in support of the mission of the VAC.

Hours flown in support of any event for this purpose including positioning, practice, the event flyover, and repositioning will be self reported to VAC Tribute Wing on completion, and tracked for tax reporting purposes.

You will receive a letter from the VAC Foundation (a nationally recognized 501c3) at year end detailing missions flown, flight hours attributed to each, with annual totals. This letter/detail is used to support the charitable contribution of the related direct operating costs of the aircraft used (fuel/oil/smoke oil).

*Event flight requests can be made directly by the pilot as long as we have confirmation from the event coordinator.
